In these conditions of use references to “we” and “us” are to Share A Star.

All orders placed with Share A Star are subject to the following terms and conditions. Completion of an order form and payment for any goods ordered from Share A Star enters the customer into a contract and provides conclusive evidence that the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Share A Star reserves the right to update/amend these terms and conditions at anytime; the customer is bound to any such changes.

Pricing, Product Descriptions & Availability

All prices displayed on this website are in Pounds Sterling and exclusive of packing and delivery. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event that items ordered are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail or telephone offering you an alternative, a new delivery date or an opportunity to cancel the order.

Delivery of Goods
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Orders paid by cheque or postal order require clearance of funds before goods will be dispatched.

Delivery is normally via Royal Mail and subject to their normal terms and conditions.
Share A Star reserves the right to deliver goods in part. Delivery of goods constitutes fulfilment of order.

Cancellation
If the customer is unhappy with the products ordered, in full or part, they can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in good condition and include any promotional products received. Customers must include a covering note explaining reasons for the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Share A Star advises customers to use special delivery and to retain proof of postage. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.

Loss or Damage
Share A Star’s responsibility for lost or damaged goods whilst in transit, is limited to replacement or refunds of the items, at the customer’s choice.

* We use the information we collect from you to process orders and to inform you about developments. Information supplied to us for the distribution of letters, products and gifts from us are only used for that purpose and are not given to third parties without your express permission.

This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number: this lets us contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

* We use your shopping history to help us advise you about merchandise that might interest you. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of our website.

* We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the web site and Special Offers we think you will find of interest.
